Thankful: Deepening our Capacity for Appreciation
con Acharya Eve Rosenthal
November 23 - 30, 2019
Gather over the US Thanksgiving holiday with friends to enjoy beautiful Casa Werma. Using the methods of meditation, contemplation, conversation, and Critical Appreciative Inquiry, we will take a journey of contacting our humanity, reflecting on our strengths and successes rather than deficits, exploring our world view including our biases, and developing our intention and actions for going forward. This is an opportunity to deepen appreciation and gratitude through our sense perceptions including contemplative practices in the lovely garden at Casa Werma, sharing delicious foods and specialties of the region with friends, and exploring the scenic town of Patzcuaro and the lake region.
This program is open to all levels of practitioners; no prerequisites.
