Joe Litven

Dr Joseph Litven has been a student and teacher of meditation programs for over 40 years.  He has led Shambhala Training in North and South America, as well as Europe.  For many years, he was Dean of Shambhala Training in Halifax, helping to nurture and mentor aspiring teachers.  He has also been actively involved in the Profound Treasury retreats, as both a teacher and director of study.

 Joe lives in Halifax in a housing cooperative and enjoys cycling and spending time with his young granddaughter.
