Roger Guest

Roger Guest has been teaching Buddhism and leading meditation retreats throughout North America and beyond for over 40 years. He was appointed by the Venerable Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche, to serve as the Executive Director of Karme-Choling, one of the foremost contemplative centers in the USA, from 1980-1986. He is semi-retired from a busy career as a psychotherapist specializing in integrating mindfulness into the addiction recovery process, and currently lives in Mexico. He is the author of: Tender Heart of Sadness-  28 Aspects of Warriorship Drawn from the Buddhist and Shambhala Traditions.
